I also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as I am currently working as a tech support in a BPO company. • Provides technical assistance and answers to user’s technical questions, and assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer software.
• Responsible for retrieving POs from top accounts, salesman, and walk in customers through email, phone calls, and portals. Monitor weekly, and monthly sales reports and send it to sales team using Google suite. Working on tasks using ERP system. Facilitate pre-selling orders and assorting invoice to be endorsed to the accounting department.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
I will likely be tasked with product, supplier, discount, and competitor research.
