Encoded information of all the College Educational Assistance Program or CEAP  grantees. Made sure that the database is updated. All data are double-checked to ensure accuracy. This database is used for  report generation and for communication purposes. 

Consists of 3600+ names and other relevant information.

II. Database of applicants for the Libreng Pag-aaral sa Pribadong Paaralan (LPPP) Program

Encoded information of all the applicants for the Libreng Pag-aaral sa Pribadong Paaralan (Free Education in Private Schools) or LPPP  for incoming Grade 7 students. All data are double-checked to ensure accuracy. This database is used for  report generation and for communication purposes. 

Consists of 700+ names and other relevant information.

III. Regular Session Summary

Created a summary of all the items discussed during the city council's regular session, identified the committee-in-charge and the status. This file is used to easily find relevant reports when drafting proposed resolutions and ordinances.
