With over six years of experience across industries like education, pharmaceuticals, IT, HR, staffing and recruiting, manufacturing, legal, and solar energy, I’ve honed a wide range of skills to cater to client needs.

Currently providing comprehensive support for HubSpot, including managing contact records, configuring forms, and troubleshooting workflows. Offering day-to-day technical assistance to the WTL team and partner parishes, ensuring smooth access to systems and resolving platform-related issues. Assisting with parish support and addressing specific needs as they arise. Additionally, handling graphic design and video editing tasks for training materials, internal content, and promotional assets to support organizational initiatives.
In my role as a Contractor Success Coordinator and Executive Assistant, I focus on creating seamless experiences for both customers and internal stakeholders. I guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and supported from the start. By responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, I prioritize customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly re-engaging at-risk customers. Additionally, I share customer insights to help refine products and services, contribute to customer success resources, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
On the executive assistant side, I manage email correspondence for the Chief of Staff and Operations Manager, schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, and handle special projects.
