Manage all social media accounts of the company. Do all graphics, contents, and everyday postings. Also maintains the branding of the company. Spearfishing and communicates with the customers.
Prepare and serve orders to the customers.
Communicate and interact with customers.
Attend to customers requests and needs.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
