•Oversee the entire department, hire qualified personnel, and organize and coordinate the school operation within its department.
•Provides leadership and guidance to the faculty and staff of the Hospitality Management program.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the academic standards of the program, and for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the program meets the needs of students and the industry.
• Ensures that the program objectives are achieved and that the curriculum remains up-to-date and relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to strengthen the program's curricular offerings.
• Create and facilitate learning opportunities and activities that provide a comprehensive learning experience for students.
• Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lectures, and assignments.
• Provide guidance and advice to students regarding career options in the hospitality industry.
