Responsible for giving information and assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries; Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and checking baggage; Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner; Assist in managing and coordinating responses to flight disruptions, such as delays or cancellations, ensuring passenger safety and comfort and participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
