* To receive all incoming communications (hardcopy and electronic), ensure systematic recording/scanning of office documents and maintained confidentiality of the same

• Managing unallocated cash and ensure the aging is kept to a minimum
• Dealing with any payment queries and escalate customer’s issues
• Support collections team with payment issues/questions
