1. Supervise Structural, Civil and Architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in
compliance with specification, safety & environment.
2. Coordinate and arrange necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities.
3. Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality
assessment matters.
4. Ensure all RFI and RFA raised, are properly closed up and maintain as quality record.
5. Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials on site.
6. Monitoring of site progress for an on time handover of the project.
7. Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and coordinate with site team to
resolve technical issues.
8. Liaise with Consultant / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports.

6. Evaluation of subcontractor’s progress billing and accomplishment.
7. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project process, coordinating activities and resolving
problems.
