As an HR Senior Analyst, we are responsible for four main functions – general HR query management (for questions
regarding the policy, immigration, mobility, benefits, etc.); employee data management (data changes, compliance
monitoring, reporting); contracts generation (for new hires, promotions, location changes, contract amendments);
and onboarding (profile integration, new hire portal management).
As a UGC creator for Reels, my job responsibility includes conceptualizing and creating engaging and entertaining video content that aligns with my audience's interests and preferences. This requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends, pop culture, and video formats to ensure that my content is fresh, relevant, and appealing. I experiment with different editing styles, effects, and techniques to keep my content innovative and engaging, continuously improving my skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the competition. By combining my creativity with technical skills and a willingness to learn, I create content that stands out and resonates with my audience, ultimately driving engagement and growth. Through these efforts, I consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including views, likes, shares, and follower growth, while maintaining Instagram's community guidelines.
As a social media manager, my job is to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns, create engaging content, manage social media accounts, monitor and analyze metrics, collaborate with other teams, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and manage paid social media campaigns.
