I am dedicated and accomplished professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Lyceum of Iligan Foundation, I have built a successful career in the field of quality analysis, data entry, and customer service. My passion for excellence and unwavering commitment to my work are the top qualities that I have.

My journey in the professional world started in May 2011 when he joined Ron Bouginman as a Data Entry -Lead Generator.

My responsibilities included researching speakers, gathering conference information, and encoding data into spreadsheets. My attention to detail and accuracy in data entry proved invaluable in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations.

In March 2012, I joined Powersalesuniversity.com (ODESK) as a Data Entry specialist. I excelled in creating and encoding usernames and passwords, showcasing my proficiency in handling complex data and maintaining data integrity.

My dedication and hard work caught the attention of Transcom Worldwide Philippines, where I joined as a Customer Service Representative in August 2012. I efficiently handled customer queries and processed online payments, showcasing his excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. I later transitioned to the role of HR Representative (Back Office) in September 2013, where I was responsible for ensuring complete documentation of Driver's DOT Physical exam papers.

In April 2016, I joined Global Payments Processing Center Inc. as a Masterfile Analyst. My role involved data entry and verification of standard and complex business data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescribed standards.

In February 2018, I was promoted to the position of Quality Analyst at Global Payments Processing Center Inc. My responsibilities included audits and documentation of quality processes, analyzing audit results, providing feedback, and reporting for more effective handling of cases/incidents/tasks/requests. I also played a pivotal role in establishing quality monitoring procedures and driving process improvements, showcasing his ability to drive change and optimize operations.

Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently displayed a strong work ethics, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

My educational background in nursing has also given me a unique perspective on the importance of quality and accuracy in healthcare and other industries. My ability to apply my skills and knowledge in different domains has been a valuable asset in my career.
