•Responsible for creation of promotions for the mobile department via SAP and making sure that promotions are within the budget
•Responsible for analyzing promotions presented by the sales team and cleansing & analyzing the data in Excel to be entered in SAP
•Responsible for sending "deal sheets" to the company's customers regarding the promotions that were approved
•Responsible for setting up price protection in SAP for outdated models
•Worked with product managers & key account managers within the company to ensure that the promotions are correct & budgeted accordingly
•Responsible for matters relating to promotions, marketing expense within the Mobile department

•Managed creation of new customer accounts (new sold-to account) and maintenance of existing customer accounts (updating of accounts) in SAP
•Responsible for on-boarding new customers into the company's systems including Salesforce, Business Point, SAP, etc
•Responsible for case management in Salesforce to tend to customer requests regarding updating of accounts info, adding new ship-to accounts, or other account related requests
•Responsible for multiple ad-hoc tasks such as running warehouse audit reports, sales demographics reports, test kits invoices, etc
