As a travel advisor, it was my responsibility to meet with customers to ascertain their trip requirements, budgets, and preferences. I also assist in maintaining correct booking, payment, transaction, phone call, and meeting records. Lastly, I contribute to the agency's efforts by performing relevant activities as required.

I manage my client's Instagram account by responding to direct messages, reacting to comments, and posting. On other social media sites, I also look for influencers that are interested in working with our company. My administrative duties include replying to emails and keeping track of customer information.
