My name is Alona Mae Quilaton, but you can call me "Mae." I’m 24 years old and currently residing in Cebu, Philippines. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and staying active by playing badminton when I'm not working.
I am a proactive and enthusiastic assistant property manager in real estate with four years of experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and successfully passed the board exam last March, making me a licensed professional teacher. My journey as a working student from high school through college has equipped me with the ability to thrive under pressure and excel in multitasking.
Throughout my career and education, I have honed my creativity, time management, perseverance, and analytical skills, all of which have contributed to my success. Additionally, I completed General Virtual Assistant training at PROGVA, where I enhanced my skills in bookkeeping, real estate, and data entry. ✅Organize maintenance and facility needs, coordinating with both tenants and external stakeholders.

Alona has been our working student since 2020 and just graduated from college just last year. She is very focused and diligent when given a certain task and finishes it on time.
