I’m an enthusiastic aspiring virtual assistant ready to dive into this exciting industry! As a proud senior high school graduate, I completed a Technical Vocational Livelihood Program with a focus on Tourism Management. Since 2019, I’ve been honing my skills in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector as a Customer Service Representative. I’ve juggled multiple communication channels—chat, phone (both inbound and outbound), and email making me adept at engaging with customers and tackling challenges head-on. I can’t wait to bring my passion and experience to the virtual assistant role!
