+ Support the Customer Development, Consumer Experience and
Commercial Planning teams with main admin tasks related to contract
administration, commercial database maintenance, training, systems and
manpower agency administration, PO and invoice administration and basic
commercial reporting.
+ Create and deploy a local, tactical content plan to activate and engage the
expert’s community leveraging on the DTE tool
+ Support in any other administrative tasks related to B2C systems.
+ Create reports for scenario analysis and modelling
+ Adapt (i.e.: translations, BU specific content) dedicated learning material
(online & F2F) for experts.
+ Coordinate participant lists for F2F trainings and report to Channel
Development team.
+ Business highlights and other regular commercial reporting
+ Day to day review of actual price (standard pricing and deviated) and
updating pricing data in ERP system
+ Changing prices in the ERP system according to the company's strategy
+ Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency
and maximize value realization
+ Develop expertise on processes and on data governance
+ Maintain business group workflow, includes follow-up with the business on
missing fields, incorrect data and delays
+ Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process
visibility Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
+ Ensuring that the template values pass the 3m systems processes and tools
Quality Standards
+ Overall Case and request management in 3M authorized systems and
tools upon receipt to closure.
+ Serves as a secondary level of support for business groups within Customer
Operations upon business need as follows:
- Managing and executing basic, moderate to difficult
listings and exclusions requests from requestors
- Monitoring, updating, and following up on basic, moderate
to difficult progress of ongoing listings/exclusions requests
- Creating SIBG Quotation and monitor updates from
Country Marketing Operations, Marketers, and Area
Portfolio Leaders to ensure correct price quotes.
-Troubleshooting basic, moderate to difficult
listings/exclusions errors, questions, and requests from
stakeholders
- Creating price reports and other ad-hoc analysis related to
price management, material listing, PIPO in order to
support business decisions.
+ Maintained achieving 100% completion of tasks within defined SLAs and
defined quality standards with above 100% KRA.
+ Help in transitioning processes from the country to GSC.
+ Help with creation and maintenance of process documents. Ensure that
documentations are aligned with the GSC format.
+ Participates in and may lead project teams.
+ Train and coaches’ new hires/staffs.
+ Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
+ Prepare daily computations for all rate, freetime & customer’s special/
specific inquiries
+ Dispatch timely response/instructions on all Liner activities
+ Coordinate with Local and Overseas counterparts to determine prevailing
Market levels, Trend & Activities
+ Review, Internalize and keep track of all pricing references and tools
which are updated regularly
+ Generation of Marketing and Statistical reports
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
