• Handling day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Administer HR-related documentation such as employment contract, residence visa processing, medical insurance and other related company contracts.
• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic (ODOO) and paper form.
• Manage in ensuring smooth execution of induction process of new joiners (introduction of company policies and other formalities).

• Managing petty cash transactions & bank reconciliation.
• Enter financial transactions into database, preparing LPO’s, issuing checks, updating ledgers & journal entries.
• Processing Cash/Foreign Currency Sale Deposits, Cash withdrawals & bank form submission such as TT transfer and other bank related activities.
• Assisting in preparing quarterly VAT return filling.
• Handling Accounts Payables/Receivables.
