I tend to finish tasks ahead of schedule so that any alterations can be made before the deadline. I am a well-organized person, especially when it comes to my work. A fantastic positive consequence results from positive thinking. That's the attitude I've always had, and it shows in every piece of work I produce. After how many years in this environment, I decided to live a more realistic life and switched to working as a virtual assistant for social media managers, content creators, and data entry. After working for a low-profit firm, I'm still looking forward to joining a prestigious organization that will give me the chance to use my educational background, experience, expertise, and abilities to help the company.

• Oversee our Social Media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook Page).
• Respond to DM’s sent and comments posted on our social media platforms in a timely manner and with speed.
• Connect with Youtube Subscribers within the Same Industries.
• Publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. Original text, Photos, Videos, and News).
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Ensure that all queries are redirected to the right area and with the correct handle.
• Assists in overseeing direct messages sent to social media platforms.
• Contribute to the growth of social media platforms in terms of followers, likes, subscribers, etc.
• Development of social media graphics, reels, copy, and ads.
• Content creation (creating social media posts and reels).
• Monitor all competitor and industry social media presences and trends across all platforms.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all content.
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative concepts.
• Working with the team to ensure that designs meet company standards.
• Deliver creative content (text, image, and video) through Adobe Tools.
• Overview accounts and make sure they are in alignment with the branding and schedule.
• Monitor Insights weekly and create reports for the engagement.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance Check (PMC) on existing machines installed in the client’s area.
• Installation of machines to areas of the client when needed and according to schedule of the selling unit.
• Provide timely technical support to clients when deployed machines need troubleshooting or repair.
• Educate and train clients on proper machine use and basic maintenance.
• Recommend solutions to clients to gain optimum benefits from using the machines.
• Install spare parts according to approved requirements and schedule of the clients.
• Monitor the inventory of consumables and spare parts of clients.
• Project spare parts needed by the clients and include them in the projection preparation.
• Deliver required consumables and spare parts when needed and according to schedule.
• Compiles and maintains records of quantity, types, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
• Compares inventories to office records of computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stocks and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
• Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages.
• Prepares a list of depleted items and recommends a survey of defective or unusable items.
• May operate office machines, such as typewriter or calculator.
• May stock and issue materials or merchandise.
• May be designated according to item inventoried as property and equipment clerk; or type of inventory as an inventory clerk, physical.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities assigned to them by the management from time to time.
• Conducts periodic stock count in the warehouse and selling area according to the set schedule.
• Check all stock movements against the stock analysis report and stocks with no movements report.
• Reports all discrepancies to the selling department manager for reconciliation of inventory.
• Ensures that all SKUs in the stockroom are displayed in the selling area at all times.
• Monitor pending receipts against pending orders.
• Ensures that all merchandise released from the stockroom is floor ready and has saved quantity control standards.
• Ensures implementation of price events.
• Prepares merchandise and generates a proof list for damages returns to vendors and transfer out.
• Responsible for accounting forms.
• Maintain orderliness of the work area.
• Conducts 100% piece counting of all items deliveries/forwarded and encodes the actual count in the stock clerk receiving system (SCRS).
• Conducts 100% quality checking of merchandise after items/piece count.
• Conducts price and item validation in the barcode checking system (BCS).
• Update System: Piping overall work status.
• ISO Drawing Control: Marked ISO preparation
• Handling: Piping FCN (Field Change Notice), JCN (Joint Change Notice), for System Joint Change Request Form (JCRF).
• Making manual revision drawing for field change or joint change.
• Overall clerical work, respond to the manager and other members of the team to complete the revision drawings.
• Record the NDE result and Test-package Control.
• Make Weekly reports, Material workable reports, Piping welding productivity reports, welding progress, and defect ratio.
• Check and Verify then Sign the Welding Inspection Record (WIR) by Package.
