As an introvert, I've always found solace in activities that allow me to express myself without having to interact with others. Reading and drawing are two such activities that have been central to my life for as long as I can remember. With a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other, I can travel to distant lands and experience a plethora of emotions without ever leaving the comfort of my home. Similarly, picking up a pencil or a pen is like entering a different realm altogether, where the only boundaries are my imagination.
While my interests may seem solitary, they have also taught me to be patient, focused, and creative. I have learned to pay attention to the details and appreciate the beauty in simplicity. These skills, combined with my strong work ethic, are what make me an ideal candidate for being a virtual assistant.
As a virtual assistant, I can offer my clients a range of services, from email management to social media coordination. My self-discipline and organizational skills enable me to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure that deadlines are met. Additionally, my ability to comprehend written instructions and communicate clearly and concisely ensures that there is no room for misinterpretation or mistakes.
I believe that being an introvert is not a weakness but instead an asset. It has taught me to listen more than I speak, and to think before I act. I am confident that these qualities, coupled with my love for reading and drawing, make me an extremely versatile and adaptable virtual assistant.

Voluntarily handled support tickets for a project involving a major electric and gas company, using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and AWS. Responsibilities included monitoring ticket progress, managing invoicing issues, retrieving and uploading contracts (both new and archived), and locating proof of submission—all outside of my assigned role.
Training & Availability Tracker Creation
