Pandemic has a big impact in my life which leads me to work as a Customer Service representative at 19, It develops my character by gaining experience of working with diverse people and diverse groups. To practice my skills and to develop new ones by sharing it to others and by learning from people, situations, and experiences.
Being customer service requires a lot of patience and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. I always inspect the root cause of a certain concern to provide a solution, I am also a Data Entry specialist which is responsible for entering and updating information into our computer system or database. I am also familiar with some medical terms so I can provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare professionals remotely,
