• Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones.
• Ensure all papers are sorted properly
• Encoding Data: Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Sorting of Files: Keep all paperwork in appropriate places applying security measures to important documents
• Assisting Client: Handle the process of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) application for renewal of business permit and Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) application
Generate consumer interest in a product or service to turn that interest into a sale.
Follow up with customers to close transactions, process returns or refunds, and general business email correspondence.
Take the data received from a company and organize it into an appropriate file system or spreadsheet format.
