Maintaining, archiving and updating master documents as well as supporting documents

❖ Responsible in reporting any information related to documentation and follow instructions from the Asst. Factory Manager
❖ Responsible in distribution of approved and controlled documents and assure the safeness and confidentiality of it.
❖ Liable for interdepartmental communication concerning document policy and proper document handling
❖ Responsible for clerical duties related to technical documentation for DCC, ISO Promotion and company’s 6’S program.
❖ ISO Promotion Team Member and Internal auditor.
