Before I started my customer service representative job, I was an Aircraft Mechanic. I started my CSR job during pandemic. I’m taking calls and answering emails as well. Providing positive and precise solutions. I was once of the top agent; they offered me apprentice for a training role and SME role. Right now, I’m having my training to become an Aircraft Mechanic, I am looking for a freelance work full time or part time to provide my financial needs. All the skills and knowledge that I acquire on my past work experiences will be perfectly fit on this role. When I have free time, I usually go out and be active by playing badminton, basketball. I usually read books and I love to travel if I have spare time.
