My name is Alden GIdoc, I'm 28 years old and residing in Imus, Cavite. I've been with the BPO Industry for 6 years and handled various accounts that accomplished daily tasks, taking calls, handled 2 to 3 chats concurrency, encountered different types of customers or clients and provided them with accurate and proper resolution. My goal right now is to explore other careers and take an opportunity to be in a VA industry. Through the years of my experience, I believe that I have some skills that I can apply to help clients to grow their businesses and increase the revenue of their markets.
