I have been working as an Engagement Specialist for a couple of years in Concentrix under a gaming account. I started as an advocate and got promoted after a year. I am passionate about learning new skills and I have completed a number of training courses. I have developed strong skill set including In-depth Social Media Management expertise. I work as a Service Crew on a fast food restaurant were we served customers on a timely manner.
I was also a cashier wherein I take orders from customers during peak hours.

I take calls from customers under a Telco Account based in the US. We assist customers that have concerns related to Account Activation, Reloading Airtime and Order Creation and we also handle a little bit of financial-related concerns such as unauthorized orders, refund requests, and chargebacks.

My role as a Subject Matter Expert is to make sure that advocates are being assisted whenever they encounter issues related to customer concerns.
This includes taking supervisory calls whenever an irate customer requests to speak with available managers.
Aside from being an SME, I am also a Hardware TFS for a gaming account, where we handle concerns related to delayed/stalled orders, warranty adjustment for consoles and controllers, tracking of orders, inventory, and such.
