Diagnoses and resolves basic network, modem, landline and mobile functionality issues.
Walks customers through common hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality.
Provides best solutions for customers broadband and mobile problems.
Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored.
Schedules a technician dispatch for on-site service calls when necessary.
Escalates appropriate technical issues to Tier-2 Technical support when needed.

Provide assistance in formulating, developing and conducting training, seminars, workshops and learning sessions towards continuous employee development and work attitude and values enhancement.
Responsible for other clerical/ administrative tasks under training.
Monitor and prepare summaries of participants attendance to training.
Assist in the preparation of evaluation summary reports of training.
Assist in the implementation of OD- related initiatives and thru data gathering and organizational diagnosis.
Assist in the conduct of performance management process.
Maintain and update various training documents and materials e.g., presentation slides, handouts, exercises, assessment materials.
Assist in the conduct of employee engagement and organizational cohesion activities.
Maintain and update database of employees training information.
Perform necessary actions to ensure that the enumerators under your supervision complete their work correctly and on time.
Monitor the supervisory area, conduct reports to update the management.
Regular checking of forms and data that are encoded.
Review and analyzes the performance of enumerators.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day accounts function ensuring Sage and Xero are accurate and up to date.
