Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Conducting promotional planning and execution of O+O and online exclusive campaigns and events. And Co-managing the online customer experience in the assigned E-store account including cross border, focusing on traffic, conversion, and sales.
Assess the training needs of the Head office departments and develops, coordinates, and participates in training programs designed to increase employee skills and to support the needs and mission of the Organization
Communicate and coordinate with the regional counterpart in Information Security to share and collaborate with the latest trends and security threat.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
Provides assistance and guidance to online businesses to help them boost their sales and gain more engagement.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
