I showcase three sample files that demonstrate my skills in data research, organization, and accuracy: List of Customer Mortgage, Top 30 CEOs in the Philippines, and Customer Database. These files reflect my ability to handle structured data, perform online research, and present information in a clean, easy-to-read format suitable for business use.
The List of Customer Mortgage contains organized customer profiles with relevant details such as demographics, location, employment information, salary range, and mortgage status. This file highlights my attention to detail and my capability to manage sensitive financial-related data in a clear and structured manner. The Top 30 CEOs in the Philippines file demonstrates my research skills, where I gathered accurate and verifiable information using reliable sources such as LinkedIn and company websites. Meanwhile, the Customer Database showcases my ability to build and maintain organized datasets that can be easily updated, filtered, and analyzed.
To complete these tasks, I used Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, applying proper formatting techniques such as text wrapping to ensure readability and a professional layout. I also utilized contact and data research tools like ContactOut for efficient contact scraping and information validation. To improve speed and accuracy, I made use of keyboard shortcuts (such as search and filter functions) to quickly locate data and ensure easy access within large datasets.
I am flexible and lenient with whatever platform or tool is required, whether it’s Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other data management systems. My workflow focuses on efficiency, clarity, and accuracy, ensuring that all files I deliver are well-organized, easy to navigate, and ready for client or team use.
