calls, book a reservation, book an appointment, track and record details in their account,
provide needed information, and process documentation for our customer.
I am their representative whenever there is a meeting or seminar wherein, I
take down notes and analyze the information gathered for me to provide ideas on how it would
enhance their business. I help them with their mails and messages on social media. I also help
them with their business’s legal documents and with their payment transaction.
