Hi! I’m a 22-year-old Virtual Assistant and Tourism graduate from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila, with a degree in International Travel and Tourism Management. I have nearly two years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in administrative support, customer service, and online communication. I also held an HR-related role, handling inquiries and staycation bookings through Meta (Facebook), showcasing my ability to manage both internal processes and client-facing responsibilities.

My background includes a 3-month internship in the United States at Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resorts, where I gained hands-on hospitality experience, and a 3-month HR internship at a local travel agency.
