• Supporting Operations Manager and Area Managers for all their administrative needs.
• Preparing monthly reports such as overtime, risk allowance, transportation allowance and provide other types of reports when required from other division related to Operations Department.
• Attending to email and phone inquiries from various branches and other departments as well as employee’s issues and concerns.
• Activating and deactivating branch team user IDs in coordination with IT and HR departments.
• Arranging staff performance and evaluation forms and monitoring designation changes for branch staff’s promotions.
• Support in forwarding all branches’ technical issues to IT Department and in-charge of receiving all maintenance issues to be sent to Administrative Department.
• Coordinating with all departments/divisions for new branches opening and making sure that all required legal documents are available prior to the opening date.

• Efficiently performs Time Deposit bookings, rollovers, pre-terminations, pay-outs and processes all time deposit maturities for the day.
