- Review customer account billing and payment histories to reconcile accounts.
- Review customer accounts for past-due balances. Contact customers for collection and to resolve issues.
- Coordinate collection efforts with the sales team as necessary.
- Making travel arrangements on behalf of CEO
- Answering telephone call and respond to inquiries / directing the phone call to the correct dept.
- Organize schedule meetings and appointments / create schedule meeting for the CEO and executives.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Snr. Executive and CEO
- Preparing confidential and sensitive documents.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
