More Info About Me
I'm Aira. After I graduated college I've been working in a BPO Industry for 8 years in only one company. I've handled different accounts with financial background, I've been a collection representative in Nationstar Mortgage, I've handled delinquent accounts and mortgage payments by inbound and outbound call activity. After a year I've been a customer service representative voice and non voice account with Round point Mortgage like answering customer inquiries through call and email sending documents requests for 2 yrs. and Lastly I've been a telesales representative by conducting outbound calls about credit related to loans, promotions and balance transfers for 5 years. While I don't have a traditional VA background, I believe my skills in customer service will allow me to contribute effectively in this role. I am eager to learn and adapt to the specific demands of the VA field. Outside my professional life I actually love to connect with other people and to learn new things using social media platform.
