So here's a thing, I'm a Salesperson from Makati, Philippines. I've been a salesperson for more than 5 years. I've become a highly motivated sales professional who provides expertise in sales presentation, lead generation and mastered getting a connection with my clients who surpass quota with a consistent record of converting sales prospects into satisfied clients and building network referrals to increase sales. I enjoy doing admin tasks. I Love to hang out with family and friends to talk about Iife. I'm also into reading and watching movies. -Responsible for achievement of sales objectives of WPB team through a consistent achievement of his individual achievement goal
-Accountable for contributing to the business growth in and around WPB
-Serves as the primary customer facing touch point at client calls and is
responsible for quality interaction and quality sale.
-Responsible for achieving financial and nonfinancial key performance
indicators, thereby contributing to the growth of the CREDIT CARDS segment
of the retail banking segment by;
-May be assigned to do Tele-Marketing or 100% fieldwork-which includes being
assigned to selected malls and commercial areas for boothing activities
-Acting as the primary customer-facing touch point for client calls
-Adhering to all Legal and Compliance guidelines in line with client handling
-Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation
and control
-Monitors the collection deposits of the company’s branches if it matches the data in the passbook
-Tasked to go to different branches of Boardwalk to validate if the number of products is tally with the system
-Checking disbursement forms submitted by every Boardwalk’s branches
-Assigned for checking remittances of the different branches of the company
-Receiving and sorting of checks from different branches
-Print gift checks for the Company’s events to be given to the attendees
-Tasked to go to banks for withdrawals and encashment of customers’ payments and immediately deposit it on the company’s account
-Assigned to file the documents of different customers
-Encoding of receivables of different accounts
-Encoding of Purchases in SBOSS System
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
