Bonjour! I’m 28, single, working as a Pastry chef in a cruise ship. Its fun and hard at the same time. After college I started working so let’s say my life is not boring but calm. All I do is work and go home. But there is also fun like going out with friends sometimes, that sometimes you can count on your fingers on how many times I mingle with them. Serious while at work and passionate with my work. I love music and makes my life alive and work light. Baking at home is what I do when I’m on vacation. Working in the Galley is like a war that is about to start, constant shouting, bickering, and banging of utensils. A lot of pressure but you would know how to adapt to a fast-paced environment. That is me and I love baking. Willing to learn, seek out new experiences skills and information to improve my abilities and enjoyment.

• Responsible for mise en place, production, assembling, decorating until the presentation of different variety of desserts in the VIP restaurants.
• Responsible for kids cupcake class onboard.
• Handling Buffet station in dinner time. From preparation to closing.
• Responsible in maintaining cleanliness and good condition of my workplace and equipment.
• Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients.
• Participate in training for a better improvement of the menu.
• Participating in USPH inspection.
• Responsible for production of cakes for lunch and dinner buffet, also function events.
• Responsible for labelling cakes from production to expiry date.

• Handling VIP desserts from preparation, assembly and decorating.
• Making chocolate decorations for buffet cakes, pastry outlet cakes, VIP amenities, simple chocolate showpiece.
• Preparing, molding, painting and packaging of special events like easter egg, valentine’s day and Christmas amenities.
• Responsible in preparing pastries for Breakfast, lunch and dinner Buffet.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
