I am a dedicated Data Analyst with several years of experience in investigating system issues encountered by users to ensure data integrity. Responsible for escalating and communicating issues to stakeholders to attain resolution hence the ability to synthesize relevant information and interact constructively with colleagues and clients. I am also tasked to effectively train and onboard new members of the team.

• Ticket Management in ServiceNow (Creation, Investigation, Escalation, Communication to stakeholders)
• Conducts kick-off meetings with stakeholders for every new project to discuss the project scope and schedule.
• Organize Bi-Monthly meetings with stakeholders alongside the Technical/Development team to discuss the next steps for all the issues received.
• Responsible for training and onboarding new members of the team.
• Utilize Enovia System for data migration to provide output to the client.
• Execute update and edit to AI and PDF files using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to provide final artwork output to the client.
• Ensure data integrity
• Provides assistance in the Service and Assistant Manager, Billing Supervisor
• Organize department staff training and seminar schedule
• Preparation and filing of the following documents (it, leave, supplies requisition, external and internal memos)
• Preparation and filing of the Operations Report (Daily Invoices, Weekly and Monthly Reports)
• Preparation of MMPC Monthly Performance Report, Productivity & Efficiency Report
• Preparation of Daily Individual & Section Production Report
• Preparation of computation of Service Commission on labor production (for Service Adviser/Leadman/Technician)
• Daily Checking and recording of commission for other products
• Preparation of formal mechanical/tinsmith and painting estimates
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
