Appointment setting, data entry, email communication, lead generation, personal administration, and scheduling. Responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the team. Handle email communication, schedule appointments, manage databases, and assist with data entry.
*Help clients to acquire new customers/leads/visitors/followers from social media platforms.
*Monitor and reply to customer concerns and inquiries.
