Mabuhay! This is Aileen but you can call me Ai. When I was still in college, I am one of the students who juggle the demands of both academics and work. I decided to become a student aide at our University because I wanted to finish my studies and be able to earn a degree so I can have a decent job after I graduated. This experience made me learn to multi-task fairly easily because I needed to manage my time well to effectively accomplish my responsibilities as a student and student aide at the same time. With my faith in our Lord and with my perseverance, I was able to earn my degree in college and landed a corporate job. I am happily married now and have three lovely daughters.

For years, I was working in an office setting and from there, I’ve been able to acquire a lot of skills. I started as an administrative assistant and got promoted to an administrative officer after five years. I have a vast knowledge of administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment setting, organizing company records, bookkeeping, providing logistic support, and delegation. I have a systematic approach to troubleshooting problems and high attention to detail.

I am now working as a professional virtual assistant. As your virtual assistant, I can be your go-to person whenever you need someone who will assist you in achieving the objectives that you want to establish in your business.
