• Act as a point of contact on all recruitment activities, initiatives, and programs.
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to the business unit. (Calibration - Sourcing - Interview- JO)
• Handle multiple recruitment requisitions (from individual contributors, people managers, executive
positions) as assigned.
• Ensure hiring alignment with the business unit by conducting regular recruitment catch-up meetings.
• Manage FPI recruitment job portals, social media accounts, and employee referral program.
• Ensure that all recruitment reports, trackers, and data analytics are up to date and available as needed.
• End to end process of Recruitment – Screening to Onboarding
• Works with the recruitment supervisor and managers to get a clear view on the strategic and
financial objectives, hiring needs, and specifications.
• Collaborates with the Sales Team for client requirements.
• Main POC for RPO Client.
• Creates job announcements that contain requirements for each job opportunities such as desired
work experience, education, and skill sets.
• Achieves Team Revenue targets as detailed in the KRA.
• Handles a team consisting of technical recruiters - focus on IT and Non-IT positions.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for Entry Level to Manager Level posts for local and
multinational companies.
• Screen and source candidates using Jobstreet, Linked In, Indeed, etc.
• Prepare and post job advertisements based on qualifications required by the client.
• Interview candidates from rank and file to Managerial level.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
