My task is generally in the office. I manage the administrative processes, such as business registration to different government agencies, and comply with all the business requirements. In the finance side, I do the bookkeeping up to the filing of tax returns.
As a graphic artist, I created the company logo and ID. I also created the company forms needed in the operations such as Job order forms, invoices, delivery receipts and other forms. I also made graphic designs for the company's clients, like logo and prints ads. I also had a project-based promotional video made recently.
My primary task as an operations manager is to oversee the whole operations of the office. I check the work of the accounting assistants and make sure that they are performing their duties as required, and summarize their reports for submission to our head accountant. I plan the office schedule and tasks, and meet the staff for it. I communicate/attend meetings with clients, and attend to their concerns except for those that are beyond my powers.
As the operations manager, I am in charge of the resort's operations as well as other duties as they arise. I monitor the employees' tasks to ensure that they are performing their duties correctly and as required. I go through the supply inventory and purchase what is needed. I work the front desk, especially when the lines are piling up. I respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints. I keep a daily record of income and expenses. Finally, I make the weekly payroll.
As the Social Media Manager, I create contents for promotion, answer queries and do bookings.
