We handle all medicines and datas of the patients. Name, history, medicine prescriptions, and schedules. We do a daily progress notes on every patient in both Assisted Living and patients with Dementia and other related sickness that needs 100 % care and support. We look aftet their daily well being in the facility and we build connection to each patient to make their stay feel like their at home. We report directly to the Nurse in charge of the facility. We do scheduled meetings with regards to patients, medicine handling and administering prescriptions. We do order medicines from.suppliers and follow up on shipments of medical supplies.
