Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully handled three diverse accounts, proving my ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service under pressure.
In my first role, I was one of the pioneering team members in launching a new account, helping set the foundation for operations. My second role involved managing complex customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery issues, and complaints—resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency through refunds, replacements, or partial compensation. Most recently, I supported a Canadian rewards program, providing assistance with account inquiries, program benefits, redemptions, technical issues, and escalations.
Now transitioning into an Virtual Assistant role, I bring with me a strong command of communication, confidentiality, and organization. I am fully equipped with the digital tools necessary to manage calendars, meetings, documents, and day-to-day operations—ensuring the professionals I support stay focused and efficient.
