Greetings! I'm Adam Kurt T. Catajay, a dedicated professional with a diverse background in the marine engineering and maritime education. Currently based in Bohol, Philippines, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to every endeavor.
I am a proud alumnus of the Davao Merchant Marine Academy College of Southern Philippines (DMMA-CSP), where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering in 2014.
My maritime journey commenced with Senator Crewing Manila, starting as an Engine Cadet in 2014. Over the years, I progressed to roles such as Wiper - OT and eventually served as a 4th Engineer until 2019. During this period, I honed my skills in engine watchkeeping, maintenance, repairs, and overall engine room operations.
In 2020, I transitioned to the academic realm as a Faculty Member at PMI Colleges Bohol. In this role, I guide and support maritime students in their academic studies, facilitating a conducive learning environment. I contribute to the overall academic development of students by providing instructional assistance and engaging them in the educational curriculum.
My commitment extends beyond the engine room; I find joy in nurturing the next generation of maritime professionals. Whether at sea or in the classroom, I am dedicated to fostering knowledge and skills that propel individuals toward success in the maritime world.
