Checks everyday the statement of stocks movement to see if all transactions are posted.
Prepare and investigate reports about stocks inventory (Gap check, Negative on Hand, HVI / HPI)
Ensures all the permits and licenses of store are updated.
Dispenses over the counter and prescription medicines and do patient counseling.
Organizes flu / pneumonia vaccination activity every month.
Receives directly in system incoming supply of medicines.
Ensures all medications are in proper storage and in good condition.
Checks properly expiration dates of medicines, and pull out those expiring 3 months before.
Manages schedule and balancing manpower.
Assists in cashiering and acts as vault custodian if needed.
