I handled the E-Commerce store's emails before on Zendesk, and we moved to Gorgias, so I have experience with both tools. I also do day-to-day transactions like order processing on Shopify, confirming shipments and uploading tracking numbers, and customer service as well. I communicate with clients through Slack. I also do inbound calls for customers. I am also willing to learn any tools my client may have.
