A Filipino Citizen and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Management at the Holy Cross of Davao College, Davao City, Philippines. My job experience includes Content Moderation, Customer Service, Business Support Coordinator and Cashiering in an F&B setting and a former Overseas Filipino Worker. To have an online job is my long time plan. In this setting, I believe I can be more productive since I will have ample time with my family who’s my source of inspiration. With the training I have gotten from my coaches concerning my skills (Lead Generation and Email Marketing), I am confident that I can work with little or no supervision. I'm open to remote work and I can work with any time frame.

• Moderate and review ads posted on the social media by the platform users and perform appropriate action if the ad violates the policy.
• Making sure that the ads posted on the platform will not mislead the users.
• Remove unrelated and inappropriate content on the social media platform.
• Monitor day to day updates on the platform policy.
• Receive customer inquiries on the products and services in the account assigned and provide appropriate recommendation according to the customer’s needs
• Receive customer complaints regarding data connectivity and perform necessary troubleshooting and escalate the customer’s case to the highest technical team in cases that the troubleshooting provided won’t resolve the issue.
• Report to the Team Leader any issues regarding services that is beyond my scope.
• Calculate and prepare the payment for the Monthly commission of Independent Promoters who achieved the monthly booking quota set by the management to be submitted to the Income Control Department for auditing and approval.
• Maintain record of the daily DJ’s performance with corresponding talent fees for payment purposes.
• Monitor the monthly budget for all departments in the club and see to it that all the necessary expenses does not exceed the allocated budget.
• Keep record of the Artist’s Contract both Local and International.
• Prepare accrual list for submission to the General Ledger department.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.
