I am a professional who works as an Executive Assistant and is also experienced in digital marketing. With my extensive knowledge and skills in both fields, I am able to efficiently manage administrative tasks while also contributing to the development and implementation of effective digital marketing strategies.
As an Executive Assistant, I am responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. I am adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations. My attention to detail and excellent organizational skills ensure that I am able to keep up with clients smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to my administrative skills, I am also engaged in digital marketing. I have a strong understanding of social media platforms, creating newsletters, creating social media content line-ups and calendars, engagement reports, EDMs, and minimal graphic design using Canva.
Overall, my proficiency in both administrative and digital marketing skills makes me a valuable addition to any organization. my capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities, while simultaneously staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, makes me a versatile and highly efficient professional.

• Oversee the preparation of all bid documents, including proposals, budgets, and contracts. Manage the bid process, including setting deadlines for team members, coordinating reviews of proposal drafts, and ensuring that all bid requirements are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other vendors. Conduct negotiations with the client to ensure that the company's bid is accepted Monitor the progress of the project and report on its status to senior management.
Analyze engagement datas, identify trends in customer interaction, and plan digital campaigns to build community.
