I'm 29 years old and have been working in the BPO industry for 3 years, providing customer service. I work in sales, which allows me to share my product knowledge and interact with clients who are looking for solutions to their problems. Because we are dealing with client connections in business, I am held to a high standard with customers; I must ensure that they feel appreciated, and I must demonstrate that they have chosen the appropriate service. The fact that I can learn new things every day and not just agree to one thing keeps me motivated. I'm always looking for new ways to improve myself, and every day is a new challenge for me. And every time I learn new things it really makes me excited and happy to help me with my growth as a person.
