Although I may lack relevant practical experience, I have taken the initiative to learn about financial concepts through self-study, online courses and gained valuable experience through an internship at a financial firm.. I am familiar with basic bookkeeping principles, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. I am also proficient in utilizing accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks and Excel.
In addition to my accounting skills, I am also an affiliate and aspiring user-generated content creator. I am proficient in basic video/photo editing and administrative task and can assist with these duties as needed. Responsible for entering financial transactions such as sales, invoices, receipts, refund, credit memo, purchase order, bill and expense into Quickbooks online software.
Ensuring that each transaction is accurately categorized to maintain organized financial records.
Handle invoices, monitor payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Generate financial reports on a regular basis such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Create content that promotes Tiktok product.
Building relationships with another affiliate through engagement.
Use relevant hashtags to reach a wider audience.
Collaborate with the sellers to try their product and give honest review.
Responsible for requisition order of materials with supplier.
Schedule staff for replenishment of materials.
Data entry of incoming/outgoing materials.
Coordinate schedules with suppliers to maintain adequate material levels.
