• Receive and record Job order/Contractual payrolls
• Creates Certificate of Employment
• Create minutes of the meeting
• Receive, answer and record emergency medical request received via telephone hotlines and radio nets.
• Dispatch ambulance unit/relay matter to the agencies concerned, e.g. Police, Fire and etc.
• Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Online bookings and payment, site navigation and walk-through, ancillary services, general inquiries/ changes and partner airline's inquiries.
• Answer all the incoming calls professionally, maximizing customer satisfaction, service excellence and professionalism at all times towards clients.
• Effectively communicating the fares, policies and procedures to passengers by providing accurate information.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
