1. Prepares report, memoranda and position papers.
2. Maintains a regular personnel list for purposes of providing ready references in cases of promotion and replacement.
3. Evaluates the monthly attendance report and submitted to immediate supervisor for review and approval.
4. Adopts a system of control for the economical use of office supplies and materials.
5. Evaluates proposals for promotion and prepares ranking list of personnel.
6. Takes charge of safekeeping of all office records.
